The first thing I thought about when I saw this shirt was Carmen Miranda. The cut, the poofy sleeves... She was the only thing that kept coming to mind. Never mind how hard it is to iron wrinkles out of this fabric. Never mind how hot this fabric seems to get. No, It didn't matter, I absolutely had to have this shirt! here are the deets on this outfit:
